The Bailes 4/5 group has been working on learning about weather, and how-and-why weather differs from place to place. As part of their unit, they've been working on Weather Reports from around the world.
Each student was assigned a country and had to research three different landmarks/cities within their country. Weather.com was used to find out the temperature and conditions in each city ( in both Celsius and Fahrenheit ), and Google Images was used to find a photo of each landmark to use as their background. The students then had to film a short weather report for each landmark, using a green screen app to superimpose themselves "in" which ever city they were reporting on.
